For anyone looking to recreate this deliciousness, let me give you a few tips that made my Orange Zest Salmon a total winner. First, let's talk about that sauce. I like to whisk together fresh orange juice, a generous amount of orange zest (that's where the real flavor punch comes from!), a touch of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, a splash of soy sauce for umami, and a little grated ginger and garlic. This combo creates a vibrant, sticky glaze that's absolutely perfect for salmon. When it comes to cooking the salmon itself, I usually opt for baking or pan-searing.
