私は最近、背中を意識して動かす習慣を取り入れてから、体調や姿勢がかなり良くなってきたのを実感しています。特に肩甲骨まわりを動かすことで、血流がスムーズになり、普段感じていた肩こりや冷え、呼吸の浅さが解消されつつあるんです。 この運動のいいところは、特別な器具やスペースが必要なく、 家の中で気軽にできること。例えば、テレビを見ながらでも、1日1分「その場足踏み+バンザイして後ろに引く」という簡単な動作をするだけで、肩甲骨がしっかり動きます。私も最初は半信半疑でしたが、続けるうちにお腹まわりが引き締まり、姿勢も真っ直ぐになってきたのが嬉しいです。 また、50代・60代になって運動を始めるのは不安という方もいますが、この軽い動きなら無理なく続けられるので、体力に自信がない人にもおすすめ。むくみの軽減や自律神経のバランスも整いやすく、日常生活の中で自然に代謝が上がっていくのを感じられます。 脂肪を燃やす褐色脂肪細胞は背中に多く集まっているということで、背中を重点的に動かすことが根本的な身体作りに繋がるんですね。私のように「運動は苦手」という方も、まずこの1分習慣からスタートしてみてはいかがでしょうか。朝の習慣にするだけで、心も体もスッキリするので、毎日の生活の質が変わってきますよ。 やってみると案外簡単で、体の巡りがよくなる感覚は本当にやみつきになります。ぜひ背中の眠っている力を目覚めさせて、50代からでも健やかで若々しい身体を目指しましょう。
