Delicious cream rolls
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into even strips. As shown in the video, wrap each strip around a cream roll mold. If you don’t have a cream roll mold, you can make a homemade one by using something like I did—a sharpener or a similar cylindrical object—and covering it tightly with aluminum foil.
Once your homemade mold is ready, wrap the puff pastry strips around it. Brush them with egg wash for a nice golden color.
Preheat your oven 10 minutes in advance to 150°C. Then bake for about 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven, until they turn golden and crisp. In my case, they were perfectly baked in 15 minutes.
Let them cool down for 5 minutes and then remove them from the molds.
