I usually bake the striper at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. Pairing this baked striper with a simple side salad or roasted vegetables makes for a nutritious and satisfying dinner. This cooking-from-scratch method is not only healthy but also impresses guests with minimal effort.
