My Low FODMAP Snack 🩵

We’re trying to reduce some of my GI issues and embracing a low FODMAP diet. Some say it’s too restrictive, but I’m actually loving it for the most part! Don’t mind the bruised strawberry 😂

Today’s snack features some sea salt rice crackers, lactose free sharp cheddar cheese, and prosciutto! I had planned on some sliced cucumber as well, but my POTS symptoms were flaring so I didn’t get around to that.
