[Materials]

・ Chicken thighs: 2 pieces

・ Onion: 1 / 2

Shimeji: 1 / 4 bag

・ Frozen spinach 30g

★ Milk: 300ml

★ Consomme granules: 1 small

★ Flour: 1 large

Butter: 10 g

・ Salt and pepper: a little

[How to make]

1. Thinly slice the onion and remove the shimeji mushrooms.

2. Put ★ in a shaker and shake.

3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and bake from the skin side.

Turn it over and steam it, then take it out once.

Stir-fry onions, shimeji mushrooms, and frozen spinach in butter, add ★, and simmer until thickened.
