Tips for Journaling🫶🏻

Starting a journal can be super intimidating if you haven’t done it before! As someone that has journaled her whole life, here are tips that have helped me the most.

🫶🏻 DO NOT CREATE RULES WITH YOUR JOURNAL! Do not force it to be “perfect” or make yourself journal everyday.

🫶🏻 Collect junk to put in your journal! This is a super easy way to fill pages without feeling stressed. I like to college receipts, postcards, business cards, stickers and notes.

🫶🏻 Do not feel pressured to fill a whole page! Allow yourself grace to just write a few words if that is all you have energy for.
