Alright let me put yall on a quick delicious sandwhich in just 30 minutes.

Go get a ceaser salad kit or make your own low cal dressing, cook up some chicken breast you can either shredded it up or just do a breast that fits the size of your sandwhich (I'd recommend this cause you can get more chicken on it that way) toast your bread and drizzle some more dressing on top.

You could toss some croutons on it for extra flavor and crunch and bam thats a great meal.
