Day 22 of 75 Soft Challenge

Another great workout! I did add running to my routine, I am still not used to drinking the pre workout before working out! I dont know if it is supposed to pump me up or what?

Also its getting chilly here in Texas so I am excited. I heard there was a group that does walking at nights and I was thinking of looking into the morning groups so it makes it easier to not go by myself. As a woman that has been assaulted before it scares me to go by myself to these locations. I been thinking about getting some type of self defense, like tazer or pepper spray. I will look into them especially with the laws here in Texas. #75dayexercise #75softchallenge #75softjourney #letschat #lemon8diarychallenge

Incorporating running boosts cardiovascular fitness, while pre-workout supplements can enhance performance. It's vital to find the right balance for your body. Safety is also a key aspect; consider taking self-defense classes or carrying personal safety devices like pepper spray, especially for those exercising alone. In Texas, understanding local self-defense laws is crucial. Building a community can help ease fears and enhance motivation, making it easier to engage in outdoor activities, especially for women who may feel vulnerable. Joining morning walking groups or local fitness classes can offer camaraderie and support, making health journeys safer and more enjoyable. Remember, fitness is a holistic endeavor—embracing both physical activity and personal safety will enhance your overall experience.
