Detox protocol👇
Something feels off. You're restless. You keep starting things and stopping. Everything feels overwhelming in a way that makes you feel you're losing your 💩 but you can't explain why.
That's not resistance. That's your nervous system signaling it's time to shed. 🔥
Every woman I've worked with who's stepped into her next level — lost the weight, raised her prices, set the boundary, felt like herself again — went through a clearing first.
This is why the women in my world are called Weightless Warriors. You let go of what's no longer serving you so you can naturally rise.
Here are 10 things to clean up as you enter your next level 👇🏼
1. 📧 Your inbox — unsubscribe from everything you scroll past or delete. Clutter in your phone creates clutter in your nervous system and mind. These little areas of chaos add up in our mind and body.
2. 🧦 Your sock drawer — yes really. Holey socks, ones that slide down all day. Small discomforts add up. You deserve to feel supported from the ground up.
3. 🥣Your kitchen — the 2024 cans, the stuff that makes you feel worse not better. Your environment either supports your next level or pulls you back.
4. 👗Your closet — stop dressing like a past version of yourself and get rid of your high school wardrobe you never wear (ok...tou can keep one sentimental piece -I'm a sentimental b*tch too, I get it). start dressing like the woman you're becoming.
5. 👙Your intimates drawer — the bras that don't fit, the underwear from a decade ago. Comfort and confidence start before anyone sees you. I always feel a lil extra when I match underneath.
6. 📱Your texts — clear the old texts from 2 years ago with that rando you'll never talk to again. Create space. Your phone is an extension of your mental space. Clear out old contacts while you're at it. I deleted 36 this weekend.
7.📷 Your camera roll — the 6,000 screenshots you're never going back to(i still gotta do this one🤦♀️), the photos from chapters that are closed. Keep what brings you joy. Let the rest go.
8. 🖥Your browser tabs — close everything you opened three weeks ago with the intention of "getting to it." If it mattered, you'd have read it. Close them all. Start fresh.
9. 📅Your calendar — look at what you've said yes to in the next 30 days. What did you agree to because you felt guilty saying no? One thing can come off the list.
10. 🧠Your inner monologue — the story you keep telling yourself about why you're not there yet. The "I'm just not consistent." The "I'll do it when I feel ready." That narrative is the heaviest thing you're carrying. And it's the first thing we work on. 🤍
This is the clearing out work we start with inside my world — so you have the energy and clarity to go full steam ahead into who you actually are.

Going through a detox protocol like this is something I’ve found incredibly transformative in my own life. It’s not just about physical decluttering, but also mental and emotional clearing that creates space for growth and clarity. For instance, I used to underestimate how much clutter in my inbox and on my phone affected my daily focus and mood. Once I unsubscribed from unwanted emails and deleted old contacts, I noticed a surprising lift in my mental energy. It’s like the mess on your device reflects in your headspace, and clearing it out feels like a breath of fresh air. Another step that really resonated with me was tidying up my clothing and kitchen environment. Removing outdated or unused items felt symbolic of leaving behind old versions of myself and making room for who I’m becoming. Even small things like getting rid of uncomfortable socks or ill-fitting bras made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort and confidence. What stood out the most was addressing the inner monologue — that constant self-talk that often holds us back. Recognizing and challenging limiting beliefs about not being consistent or ready is the heaviest yet most freeing part of the process. Changing this narrative helped me to approach challenges with more self-compassion and motivation. Finally, taking a good look at commitments on the calendar helped me say no to things I agreed to out of guilt, which restored my energy and focus on priorities that matter. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, starting with this kind of comprehensive clearing can help reset your nervous system and mindset. It’s a personal journey, but with small, intentional changes like these, you can create an environment inside and out that supports your growth and next-level transformation.
