What was it about when you were stubborn and your parents?
For us as a child, with the feeling of adolescence is easily frustrated, unintentionally. Most of the expressive habits are irritable, wanting to do a lot, but now at the age of 32, calm down, be more patient than when they are young, they invite to go anywhere if it is convenient, but they like to argue (explain 555) and if they make good decisions and do not trouble anyone and are good to us, even if they are not stubborn, will do the same thing. ตอนเด็กๆ ผมเองก็ผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ดื้อกับพ่อแม่เหมือนกันครับ สิ่งที่ผมมักจะแสดงออกคืองอแง อิดออด และชอบเถียงเวลาถูกห้ามไม่ให้ทำอะไรตามใจชอบ บางครั้งก็แอบคบเพื่อนที่พ่อแม่ไม่ค่อยเห็นด้วย แม้จะรู้ว่ามีความเสี่ยงแต่เพราะความอยากเป็นตัวของตัวเองเลยเลือกทำไป สิ่งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้คือ การดื้อนั้นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์และการค้นหาตัวตนในวัยเด็ก การที่พ่อแม่เข้าใจและเปิดใจรับฟังจะช่วยให้เด็กๆ ลดความกดดันและหาทางสื่อสารกันได้ดีขึ้น ตอนนี้ผมเข้าใจว่าทุกอย่างที่เคยทำไปนั้นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเติบโตและการเรียนรู้ที่จะอดทนกับความเห็นต่าง ถ้าใครกำลังอยู่ในช่วงที่รู้สึกอยากแสดงออกหรือดื้อกับพ่อแม่ ลองพูดคุยกันอย่างเปิดใจ แบ่งปันความรู้สึก และหาทางที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะเข้าใจกันมากขึ้น ผมเชื่อว่าการเติบโตไปด้วยกันอย่างมีความเข้าใจ จะทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวดีขึ้นมากครับ
