Dr Gregers Beans and Greens 1/10 it takes 10 days

Good morning yall! It’s about 11:25 am and I’m taking my lunch break because this is normally when I take off to do errands or go see my heart doctor on my breaks.

Last night was rough. My partner and I decided to order pizza for dinner while we waited for groceries to be delivered. I was very sad and woke up with an upset stomach. I have been reading HOW NOT TO DIET. And I do remember Dr. Greger stating that it takes 10 days for your taste buds to change. Either it’s my taste buds changing or my old age. That pizza did me no favors. I have so much indigestion I thought it would be impossible to eat. But then I remembered! Bland food helps calm a troubled stomach ❤️ initially I dreaded heating up the bean mixture in the microwave but I will litterally take anything to help me with this discomfort. My stomach immediately felt better. So maybe this is a good meal for an upset stomach? Still 1/10 but thank you for the help ❤️
