Vegetarian pasta 🍝?

Last night while feeling particularly lazy my partner and I decided to just make pasta. But without sauce we decided on making our own. It’s a cheese based rue using simple ingredients such as flour, butter, cheese, milk and garlic. It came out amazing on some regular pasta noodles. I appreciate her approach to trying to help me transition to healthier eating 🥣
