so tonight is just an easy night!!!! I'm a mom of 2 and work full time and right now my husband is sick! so. Dinner for me tonight was part of a Boston butt with sweet baby rays sauce! I wouldn't encourage this a lot because sweet baby rays has 18 carbs per 2 tablespoons! All though the Boston butt has zero carbs! if you're not in a hurry this is also good on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes, onion and shredded cheese! 🤤 which adds about 3 carbs but would cut your pork in half so it'd make a total of 11 carbs! or you could do it on a low carb tortilla shell, all at Walmart and available for delivery!
