WE NEED OUR ABS TO COME IN !!!
One thing I noticed recently is when I do deep core diastasis recti friendly exercises more regularly I see better results so I have been trying to incorporate those at least twice a week. This has helped my stubborn belly improve more in a few weeks than a years worth of ab exercises 😆 Eve

Houses don’t always come with these…
I didn’t know not all houses come with these things! You don’t even think about it, they are just there and you don’t notice until it’s missing haha +blinds - we bought for every window and it was pricey 😞 +door stoppers - or you’ll end up with holes on the wall from the knobs 😒 +fire alarms
