Another Ab Slay
This Ab workout took me aboht 20 minutes...WITH distractions so it's perfect to throw at the end of your workout or cardio day. Weights are not really needed for these to be beneficial but I did use a 10 pound dumbell for this workout. 4 sets of 30 seconds each...20 is fine too bc I bar

Yesterday's lower abs and deep core workout! I did something different this time and did all of these back to back for 3 rounds [with 1 minute rest in between rounds]....the goal was 30 seconds for each exercise...It was DEFINITELY not 30 seconds for most of these though 😂 more like 15-20.

A day behind so..yesterday's back day! Weights were all over the place but the highest was 45 💪 💪 and the lowest I think was 10...lol talk about a range. If you need a starting number 10 or 15 should be find for these...and if by 10 you aren't feeling the burn...go up a little in weight
