So Yum 🤎🍫 Recipe Below ⬇️

Recipe:

FILLING:

4 tbsp of butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp almond extract

BREAD:

3 1/2 cups of AP flour

1 packet instant yeast

1 1/4 tsp of salt

4 tbsp of sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tbsp 100% unsweetened chocolate cocoa powder

1.5 cups warm water

COOK:

Open bake 35-40 mins at 450 degrees in a water bath

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make the brown butter filling and place in the freezer remembering to take out the butter 20 mins before you need it.

2. In a bowl combine all your dry ingredients & mix

3. To heat water to right temp. Place in microwave for 1 min 30 secs (30 secs for every half cup )

4. THIS DOUGH WILL BE EXTREMELY STICKY, you will feel the need to add more flour that’s ok I just wouldn’t exceed 4 1/2 cups of flour

5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees then TURN OFF the oven & turn on oven light, cover dough & place on bottom rack of oven & leave for 2 hours to proof

6. After two hours remove dough & preheat over to 450 degrees

7. Cover clean surface in flour & lightly knead dough for a 1 min or so * you will need to have your flour on stand by because this dough is so sticky

8. If needed place more flour on surface and shape dough into a rectangle

9. Break up butter into pieces & place into the center of the rectangle dough then do a tri fold & roll

10. PRO TIP before shaping place foil with a good amount of flour (maybe 2 tbsp) spread all around the foil then place foil into whatever dish you’re using 8x8 or loaf pan

11. Once dough is rolled it’s needs to be shaped.

12. To shape dough do a c shape cupping motion & bring towards yourself around 4-6 times

13. Place dough into your dish & that dish into the a bigger dish (9x13)with 1 cup of water in it

14. Score dough then place bread into oven on bottom rack

15. Cook 35 - 40 mins let cool for 25 mins & ENJOY!
