I'm so thrilled with my journey to growing out my natural nails into this beautiful almond shape! It truly only took me about 2 and a half months to get them to this length and strength, and I wanted to share some of my secrets and why I'm completely obsessed with this particular style. My Top Tips for Growing Strong Natural Almond Nails: Nourishment from Within: It all starts with what you put into your body! I make sure I'm drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced diet rich in proteins and vitamins. Biotin supplements have also been a game-changer for me – they really seemed to accelerate my nail growth and improve their strength. Gentle Handling is Key: Treat your nails like precious jewels! I avoid using them as tools for opening cans or scraping things. Wearing gloves when doing dishes or cleaning around the house protects them from harsh chemicals and excessive water exposure, which can weaken them. Cuticle Care is Non-Negotiable: Seriously, don't underestimate the power of a good cuticle oil! I apply it daily, sometimes even twice a day, massaging it into my cuticles and nail beds. Healthy cuticles mean healthier nail growth. File, Don't Clip (Mostly): Once my nails get some length, I mostly use a fine-grit nail file instead of clippers.
