Minced pork... 120g

Green onion... about 20cm

Chives... 1 / 2 bag

Atsuage: 2 sheets

A cup of water... 150 ml

A spoon of rice wine, Tianmian sauce...

A soy sauce... 2 tsp

A Sugar, Doubanjiang... 1 tsp each

A garlic, ginger... 1 / 2 teaspoon grated

1 spoon of potato starch

How to make

1. Finely chop the green onions. Cut the chives into 4cm wide pieces. Cut the atsuage into 2-3cm squares.

2. Fry minced pork in a frying pan with sesame oil.

3. When cooked, 1. Hold the well-combined A in your mouth.

When it thickens, it's done!
