If you're anything like me and your love for sushi knows no bounds, then Koyi's all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option is about to become your new obsession. I went in with high hopes, and let me tell you, they were absolutely exceeded. First off, let's talk about the star of the show for me: the Avocado Bomb roll. Seriously, if you go to Koyi Sushi, you absolutely must try this. It's a flavor explosion – creamy avocado perfectly complementing fresh fish and a hint of spice. It's not just a roll; it's an experience. But that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their extensive menu. The beauty of Koyi Sushi's AYCE is the sheer variety. I managed to try so many different rolls, and each one felt crafted with care. Beyond the Avocado Bomb, I was really impressed by the classic choices like the California Roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll, which were both fresh and perfectly balanced. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, the Aloha Roll brought a sweet and savory kick, while the Hawaiian Roll transported me straight to the islands. I also ventured into some of their specialty rolls. The Arlo Roll was a delightful surprise, and the Costa Mesa Roc roll felt like a local tribute, packed with unique flavors. Don't overlook the simpler yet equally delicious options like the Salmon Roll and Albacore Roll – the quality of the fish really shines through.
