60 lbs down 🥂

I’ve always struggled with losing weight but I’ve more so struggled with KEEPING the weight off. Here are some tips that have helped me lose weight and keep it off.

Make sure you’re eating enough: it’s very easy to overly restrict yourself when trying to lose weight. Make sure you’re eating above your TDEE to stay in a deficit but eat enough for your body to function properly

Do any movement your body loves: yoga, Pilates, weight lifting, dancing. Whatever it is you like doing for physical activity is great! Yes some are gonna have different benefits than others, but, if you’re like me and struggle to even start I highly recommend you pick something “fun” to do for 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week to start.

Drink up: you NEED to drink enough water. I drink about half my body weight in oz. Give or take depending on what my day looks like.

Take your vitamins: I have a daily routine for my vitamins, including ones I take at night and in the morning and honestly it’s made such a difference mentally and physically.

WALK!: I know people debate this and it’s actual efficiency. But I can promise you if you are not a person who typically walks very much and you’re trying to lose weight… WALK. I lost 30 lbs easily just by walking for an extra 15-30 minutes everyday.
