Hiii. The slides do have *approximate* calorie counts on them, so pls scroll if you’d rather not pay attention to that:)

I live in a dorm and fully survive off of a microwave and air fryer loll. I’m also a nutrition major, and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week or whenever I get the time.

Normally my grocery list looks like this:

cucumber

spring mix

whole wheat bread

potatoes

sweet potatoes

soy/oat milk -unsweet

broccoli and cauliflower frozen

hummus

avocados

oikos yogurt

berries

frozen mango

parmesan

cherry tomatoes

cottage cheese

Also, I just do these posts for inspo and because they’re fun to make:) You don’t HAVE to eat these things to lose weight, you just need to be in a calorie deficit.
