Consuming protein at the start of your day stabilizes blood sugar, which keeps mood swings and fatigue at bay. Additionally, committing to at least 30 minutes of daily movement supports circulation, reduces stress, and enhances your natural glow. Healthy skin and aging gracefully are not about expensive skincare products alone but about nurturing your body from the inside out. Focusing on nutrition, rest, and physical activity builds resilience against stress-related aging. When I started treating stress as a root cause instead of just focusing on external skincare, I noticed improvements in both how I felt and looked.
