Top 5 fave leg workouts that has helped me go from never wearing shorts/ skirts to now that’s all I want to wear! Confidence boost after these workouts , followed by a healthy clean diet and consistency!!

I recommend (heavy weights) 6-8 reps. If your heavy is not what you see on most reels, do not stress just give it time 🤌🏼🫶🏻 go on your own pace.

After trying many routines, I found that focusing on key compound movements like barbell squats and Romanian deadlifts made a huge difference in shaping and strengthening my legs. One workout that really stood out was the combination of barbell lunges and leg extensions. Lunges helped improve my balance and muscle coordination, while leg extensions targeted my quads for definition. The 'kick back baddies' exercise was surprisingly effective too—it helped activate the glute muscles that are often hard to engage during typical leg routines. Consistency was crucial. Performing 6-8 reps with heavy weights, even if the weight isn’t what you see in fitness reels, allowed my muscles to progressively adapt and grow stronger. I remind myself to be patient and honor my own pace rather than comparing with others. In addition to workouts, maintaining a healthy, clean diet supported my recovery and energy levels. Combining these elements boosted not just my leg strength but also my confidence to wear shorts and skirts comfortably—something I never thought I'd do before. For anyone looking to transform their leg workouts, I suggest focusing on form first, then slowly increasing weight. Incorporate exercises that target all parts of the leg—quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Remember that everyone's journey is unique, and celebrating small wins keeps motivation high.
