Lemon8 Crinkle Cookies 😉🍋🌼💛

Without a doubt, the most perfect lemon crinkle cookies ever!! And perfect for an app like lemon8! 🍋

Recipe and ingredients are all listed above but here are some extra tips⬇️

- make sure you chill the dough! This is crucial for easy to roll cookies

- I used 2 lemons for zest and 1 lemon for juice

- bake for 12 min at 350° if they aren’t spreading by 9 minutes you can lightly bang the pan on the counter to help. I didn’t need to but the recipe suggests this

- don’t over cook them. Let them cool while soft on the baking sheet for 5 min before transferring to a cooling rack

- roll in sugar first then powdered sugar to make sure the powdered sugar sticks and shows up after baking. Don’t be afraid to heavily roll them

- this recipe made me 32 cookies at 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie

- they turn out so soft and chewy and delightful! An excellent soft lemony treat.
