Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
one of my favorite holiday cookie recipes are these chocolate crinkle cookies! they are so delicious and easy to make! the recipe i have below will make about 40 cookies
Notes:
i like to let my dough chill in the fridge overnight
after baking let them cool on a wire rack, the center should resemble that of a brownie
you can cook longer for a more cake like texture
Ingredients:
1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups (400g) white sugar
1/2 cup (113g) vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 teaspoons (8.4g) vanilla extract
2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (9.6g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (3.5g) salt
1/2 cup (60g) confectioners sugar (to roll)
