When the going gets tough, I remind myself of the phrase "Let's push ladies," which acts as a powerful motivator to keep moving forward despite exhaustion or setbacks. Starting any challenging task can be intimidating, whether it's a personal goal, fitness routine, or professional ambition. The initial steps often feel the hardest, echoed by the simple word: "START." The key is often just to begin, no matter how small the first step may be. Once you start, momentum builds, and what once seemed insurmountable begins to feel manageable. In my experience, setting realistic expectations and breaking down large goals into smaller, achievable tasks helps maintain focus and motivation. Celebrating minor milestones along the way fuels confidence and reinforces the belief that success is attainable. Additionally, surrounding yourself with supportive people who encourage and uplift you makes a noticeable difference. Mental fatigue can be as challenging as physical obstacles, so I prioritize self-care and positive self-talk. Reminding myself "It’s not easy at all but it’s doable 🥵" acknowledges the difficulty honestly while affirming the possibility of overcoming it.
