Nutritional support also played a critical role—balanced diets rich in vitamins and minerals supported hair follicle health. I avoided caffeine and heavy meals late in the day to promote better sleep quality. Tracking my symptoms alongside lifestyle changes made a huge difference. Over weeks, I noticed improved energy, less hair loss, and more restful sleep. It’s important to approach these issues holistically rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Understanding the root hormonal cause helped me reset my body’s balance and feel like myself again.
