I workout Monday-Friday however I’m not lifting the whole week I sprinkle in some Pilates cause in my opinion I think Pilates is good for you as lifting weights and doing cardio but I don’t have the money to go to classes I find some videos on YouTube and do them at home. Lifting for me varies
