Since I began my fitness/health journey just over 2 years ago there has been many things that I’ve learned in regard to weight loss, muscle growth, and overall health. The thing I struggle with the most is accepting that the scale is just a number and that body weight, more specifically water weight is a big thing. If you stay consistent on an 80:20 food plan the scale doesn’t even matter!
