My HEALTH HABITS? …protein 🥲

What are my health habits? I have a very minimal about and most of it I centered around my calorie intake and protein consumption

Throw in my 4 lower body days and BOOM…results.

Here are other small habits I have as well:

• Tracking my calories and prioritizing protein intake to fuel muscle growth and recovery.

• Staying consistent with my 4 lower body days each week, focusing on strength and hypertrophy.

• Drinking plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support performance.

• Prioritizing sleep to recover and optimize my energy levels for workouts.

• Keeping my meals simple and easy to prepare to stay on track without overcomplicating my routine.

• Celebrating small wins to stay motivated and keep momentum going.

And with these habits in place… BOOM—results. 🤞🏾🥳
