Finally, ending the day with a beautiful sunset made me realize how fulfilling solo dates can be in nurturing your self-esteem and overall wellbeing. If you're new to solo dates, start small: pick a place you love or have wanted to explore, bring your favorite book or music, and embrace the freedom to set your own pace.
