Hair oiling isn’t just a trend it’s genuinely one of the most effective things you can do for hair growth (with the right oil of course)!

It stimulates the hair follicle

It can break up build up & dead skin cells for a cleaner wash

It nourishes the follicle

It ensures the hair growing is stronger & more moisturized

It’s a multivitamin for your hair & scalp

... Read moreFrom my personal experience, incorporating hair oiling into my weekly hair care routine has completely transformed the health and length of my hair. I oil my hair once a week, applying a nourishing blend to my scalp and hair strands. This not only helps break down buildup and dead skin cells, but also deeply nourishes each follicle. Over time, I noticed my hair felt stronger, less prone to breakage, and had a beautiful shine. Choosing the right oil is key. I found that lightweight oils like argan or jojoba penetrate well without feeling greasy. Massaging the oil into the scalp also boosts blood circulation, which I believe stimulates hair follicles to encourage growth. After leaving the oil on for a few hours or overnight, washing my hair becomes easier and my scalp feels refreshed. If you aim for long, healthy hair like me, consistency is important. Hair oiling isn’t a quick fix but a nourishing ritual that acts like a multivitamin, strengthening hair from root to tip. This practice paired with gentle cleansing and minimal heat styling can make a huge difference in hair growth and overall scalp health.
