PCOS is the leading cause of infertility.

Our body and mind are one.

Therefore looking at healing from only a physical standpoint still leaves an important aspect unaddressed- the emotional side.

You can be eating all the right foods, and living the best lifestyle but if your conflicts are not addressed, your nervous system is not regulated and your are continuing to live through a lens of masculinity then your body is only half way there.

This is why it is so important to understand the interconnectedness of how your thoughts, feeling and beliefs truly show up in your body.

This is a more recent thing with more and more women getting diagnosed every day.

It’s not just a coincidence that also in the recent years, women have been expected to “do” and “be” everything men are.

Creating masculine beings within. Influencing our hormones.

... Read morePolycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects millions of women worldwide and is noted for being one of the primary contributors to infertility. It is characterized by hormonal imbalance that can lead to various symptoms, including irregular menstrual cycles, excessive hair growth, and weight gain. A significant driver behind PCOS is insulin resistance, which affects how the body utilizes glucose and can lead to other metabolic issues. The Rotterdam criteria define PCOS through several factors: ovulatory dysfunction, the presence of polycystic ovaries, and signs of hyperandrogenism. Women diagnosed with PCOS often face emotional challenges stemming from fertility struggles, societal pressures, and the need to maintain a balanced lifestyle while managing symptoms. It's essential for women to address both the physical and emotional aspects of this condition. Therapies may include lifestyle changes such as adopting a nutrient-dense diet, engaging in regular exercise, and implementing stress-reducing practices like mindfulness and meditation. Holistic approaches that combine emotional support with medical treatment can play a pivotal role in managing PCOS. The journey through fertility issues and managing PCOS can be overwhelming, but understanding this interconnectedness is crucial for recovery and healthy living.
