POMODORO 🍅 and Reading Techniques

The exam preparation period is often accompanied by stress and pressure. We have tried many ways, including getting a little sleep to read a lot, reading all day without rest ðŸ‘ĐðŸŧ‍ðŸ’ŧ, and reading along with exercise 🏃ðŸŧ‍♀ïļ. ➡ïļ

After years of trial and error, this is how we read books longer, more focused, and not easily burned out. ðŸ”ĨðŸ§Ļ

1. Sleep for at least seven hours. ðŸ˜ī

We slept for about five hours in a row for days because we thought that the more time we read, the more we remember.

But what happened was,

* Reduced concentration

* Worse memory

* Easy to feel stressed and sometimes panitic

After getting enough sleep, we felt that the brain was clearing, reading and remembering better.

2. Exercise every day. 🏃ðŸŧ‍♀ïļ

We'll run for about 20-30 minutes every morning.

While watching Vlog, the study of international students noticed that many people exercise regularly, so try to see why.

Found that exercise helped.

* Stimulate the substance of happiness (Endorphins)

* Reduce stress

* Increase blood flow to feed the brain

* Effects positive on learning and memory

For us, the days of exercise are much more effective at reading books.

3. Read Pomodoro 🍅

We take

📚 Read 60 minutes.

☕ 10-minute break.

The break will

* Walk

* Stretch

* Drink water

* Or a short stroll

And try not to pick up the phone, especially Tikis, or short clips, because 10 minutes can unknowingly become 30 minutes.

4. Reduce desserts and high sugar drinks. ðŸĐ

Before reading the book, we will try to avoid dessert.

For us, then help

* Less sleepy

* Be more focused

* Feel more constant energy than eating nectar or candy.

Instead, we drink water, unsweetened coffee, or fruit.

What we've learned

Finally, reading is not a competition about who reads the longest, but who can best maintain the quality of reading.

Sleeping enough, exercising, resting for time, and reducing distractions may make us read a little less, but remember more, and go further in the long run.

ðŸĪ I hope these techniques will help everyone prepare for the exam more effectively.
