Hydration for breast feeding!

I make this drink every morning! When I don’t drink it I have noticed that I make less milk. Not a drastic difference. But to me, as an under supplier ,it’s enough to make me make sure I always have this stuff.

1 packet each of the upspring and the liquid IV.(any electrolyte mix/flavor will do honestly. I just like these.)

One coconut water. (I do not like coconut water but it helps with milk production and hydration so I mix it so I can actually tolerate it. When it’s mixed you don’t taste it.)

And then about 6 oz of the juice. I think any brand will do, I just know that berries help with milk production and this is what my local store has.

And water! This fills my Stanley sized cup and I wake up with my baby around 7 AM and it’s gone by 11-12 AM. After that I only drink water.
