Low-Carb Dinner Rolls

Soft, fluffy rolls with just 4g of net carbs per serving.

**Ingredients:**

- 3 eggs + 2 egg whites

- 5 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 3/4 cups super-fine almond flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.

2. Beat eggs and egg whites, then mix in olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

3. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

4. Spoon batter into 9 muffin cups.

5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and set.

6. Cool for 10 minutes in tin, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
