Another day, another culinary journey! Today, follow the chefs Kim Hee-eun () or White Spoon Chef from Culinary Class War SS2 at Egg & Flour.
In addition to the chef's reputation, the restaurant also guarantees the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award. Anyone with a fresh line says you really have to try it.
Here, the emphasis is on handmade pasta, where the lines have a very accurate al dente style. The taste is unique and the balance comes super well.

Lemon Tiramisu: I confessed that I was going to order regular Tiramisu, but I ran out of stuff! I tried to order Lemon instead, but I was very surprised because it was so delicious! It smelled fresh, not greasy.
