Do’s and Don’t of Weight Loss

Losing weight isn’t easy but it also doesn’t have to be complicated. You need to find a plan that works for YOU! Don’t worry about what’s trending or what the girl from Pilates class is doing - it has to work for your body, your lifestyle, and your wellbeing.

Make sure to track progress, understand that sustainable weight loss takes time, give yourself grace to live a little too (aka eat the dang bday cupcake!), and enjoy the process.

Give up on the idea of needing to be perfect all the time and cut out everything you love while spending countless hours doing cardio - trust me, you will quit the plan soon and end up feeling like a sack of 💩
