1st exercise

Dumbbell side sumo squats

Try doing 6 squats on each leg 3 times

2nd exercise

Sumo squats

12 squats (reps) 4 times (sets)

It would look like this 12x4

3rd exercise

Lunge pulses

10 pulses 3 times each leg

Incorporating dumbbells adds resistance that boosts muscle activation, which is especially beneficial when your goal is to build stronger, more sculpted glutes. Start with a comfortable weight to avoid strain, and gradually increase the load as you become more confident and your muscles adapt. Another tip is to vary your workout sets and repetitions as you progress. Starting with 6 squats per leg for 3 rounds and then moving to 12 squats for 4 sets, as suggested in the workout, is a solid structure to challenge your muscles progressively. Also, don’t underestimate the power of rest and recovery. Giving your muscles time to recover helps with growth and prevents overtraining. Incorporate rest days and consider light stretching or foam rolling to keep your muscles flexible. Lastly, staying consistent is key.
