Moreover, many people think that supplements can replace whole foods. While supplements are a useful tool to fill nutritional gaps, they shouldn't be seen as a substitute for a balanced diet rich in whole foods. Understanding these myths allows individuals to make more informed nutritional choices. By debunking these myths, we empower ourselves to follow healthier eating habits based on science rather than misconceptions.
