I used to think my digestion was just fine, but I had no idea how much better I could feel with a few small changes.

✨ Start your day with herbal tea – I swapped my morning coffee for mint or ginger tea, and my stomach feels so much more settled.

🥦 Eat fiber-rich foods – I make sure to load up on spinach, blueberries, flaxseeds, and whole grains. When I don’t, I feel the difference.

🥢 Slow down when chewing your food – I used to rush through meals, but now I try to chew 15-30 times before swallowing. It’s helped my digestion so much.
