To like or appreciate someone as a fan can give us the encouragement to continue living. We are happy from their existence. No matter how tired, just watching through social media is happy.

4. Self-encouragement is very important. ✌🏻

We used to have to wait for the encouragement of others. When we felt that it was not enough, we still felt that we needed it again. After all, we came to think that "ourselves are the best encouragement." We know what we have been through. There are requirements or conditions that must be met. We may not tell everyone else. But we know it all and embrace the encouragement + admire ourselves. Despite how little it is. 🥹
