A creamy, protein-packed salad made with tender haddock, creamy avocado, boiled eggs, and a touch of basil for freshness. Perfect as a light lunch, healthy dinner, or a quick snack that’s both satisfying and nutritious. One bite, and you’ll keep coming back for more! 😋💚

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked white fish (haddock), flaked

3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

½ avocado, diced

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

¼ tsp salt

⅓ tsp black pepper

⅓ cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

In a large bowl, add the flaked haddock, chopped eggs, and diced avocado.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the fish mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.

Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the flavors to blend.
