どっちもSPF50+ PA++++で、塗った瞬間の“日焼け止めっぽさ”が少ないのが共通の良さ。ただ、使う日の肌状態や、どこに塗るかで満足度が変わったので、私が迷ったポイントをもう少し具体的にまとめます。 まず「敏感肌向け」で選ぶなら、私は1番が安心でした。肌がゆらいで赤みが出やすい日って、日焼け止めのきしみや香りがストレスになりがち。でも1番は水分クリームっぽく伸びて、ピタッと密着するのに重くない。先細ノズルで少量ずつ出せるので、頬の赤みが気になるところだけに“スポット使い”もしやすかったです。全顔にたっぷり塗っても白浮きしにくく、補正感がほぼない分、下地やファンデの色を邪魔しにくいのも助かりました。 一方で「毎朝とにかく快適に続けたい」「ハリ・ツヤも意識したい」なら9番の出番が多め。私は乾燥しやすいのにベタつきは苦手で、重い日焼け止めだと昼にテカりやすいタイプ。9番は伸ばすと意外とさらっと落ち着いて、肌に触れたときのぺたぺた感が少なかったです。NMNやペプチド、コラーゲン配合で“エイジングケアも同時に”という気分になれるのも、続けやすさにつながりました。 塗る場所で選ぶなら、私は顔は9番→ゆらぎの日は1番、首や腕などボディは9番を使うことが多いです。9番はチューブで量調整しやすいので、広い範囲にサッと塗るときに便利でした。 最後に、失敗しにくい選び方は「肌が敏感になりやすい・赤みケアも意識→1番」「ハリツヤも欲しい・大人肌のデイリーUV→9番」。両方とも白浮きしにくく軽いので、迷ったら“肌がゆらいだ時用に1番を1本置く”のもおすすめです。
