Fresh Bread
Anyám Simple Bread Recipe.
In a large bowl add
3 cups AP Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Mix
Add 1 and 3/4 cup of warm water. Mix until you have a sticky dough. (I always end up adding a little more than 3/4 cup of warm water)
Cover and let rest at room temp for 3 to 5 hrs.
uncover the dough, sprinkle some flour on a clean working surface. Empty the dough onto floured surface and shape.NO Kneading Required!
Once shaped place dough into a butter bread pan. Cover with tinfoil
Do not preheat oven
Bake at 450 for 30min
After 30 minutes remove tinfoil and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
The bread is done when the top is a beautiful golden color.
Let it cool before cutting
