✨ What You Need:

✔️ 2 cups warm water (105-115 degrees) (474g)

✔️ 1/4 cup sugar or honey (85g honey, 50g sugar)

✔️ 1 Tbsp active dry yeast

✔️ 2 tsp salt

✔️ 2 Tbsp oil

✔️ 4-5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour (500g-688g)

1️⃣ Mix warm water, a pinch of sugar & yeast—let sit 5 min.

2️⃣ Add remaining sugar, salt, oil, & 3 cups flour. Add 1/2 cup additional at a time until dough is smooth and elastic.

Knead & let rise.
