Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

* 4 cups cold cooked rice

* 3/4 cup onion, diced

* 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1 egg, lightly beaten

* 3 drops + 1 tablespoon sesame oil

* 3 drops + 2 tablespoons soy sauce

* 8 ounces cooked pork

* 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

* 4 green onions,  chopped

Directions:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.

2. Add diced onions. Stir fry until onions turn light brown. Remove from wok and set aside.

3. Mix the lightly beaten egg with about 3 drops of soy sauce and 3 drops of sesame oil. Set aside.

4. Add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to wok and swirl around to coat. Add egg and cook. Set aside.

5. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add cooked meat, peas and carrots, and cooked onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

6. Add cooked rice and green onions. Stir fry for 3 minutes.

7. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cooked egg, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Stir fry for 1 minute.

8. Serve!
