Beef Chuck Roast

Omg Delish!!!

To start-

Sear the beef in some oil until you get the crumbling/crusted golden brown at the bottom of the pan. This should come up when you add the broth. Or if you want to jazz it up add some wine of your choice. I used White Sweet Moscato

Once finished add in 1 1/2 diced onions and 3 tbs garlic stir til translucent.

Pour in beef stock or use 4 bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water. 1 pk of McCormick Au jus mix, 1 pk Ranch mix, 2 bay leafs, a dash of red pepper flakes. Stir. Let it come to a boil. Add 1.5”bs got Carrots, Celery and red potatoes cut in half.

Simmer for 2 hours. Omg it’s delish!
