Twin Egg Salad + Avocado
The "Avocado Twin Egg Salad" menu is a delicious, easy to make, long-lasting health menu, suitable for breakfast or a light meal.
ðĨ raw materials (for 1-2 places)
âĒ 2 cooked boiled chicken eggs (or "twin eggs" if available)
âĒ 1 ripe avocado
âĒ Mayonnaise (or Healthy Dressing) 1-2 tablespoons
âĒ A little mustard (not wearable)
âĒ Salt / Black Pepper Slightly
âĒ Lemon or 1 teaspoon lemon juice (saves avocado black)
âĒ Salad vegetables as you like, such as lettuce, rocket vegetables, queen tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.
âĒ Whole wheat bread (if you want to make open sandwiches)
ðĨĢ How to do
1.Boil the chicken egg until cooked (about 10 minutes), then casing the shell, rest to cool, then cut it into small pieces or use a crushed fork.
2. Dissect the avocado, unwrap the pellets and scoop out the meat. Use a crushed fork as well, or cut small dice.
3. Mixing:
âĒ Add crushed eggs + avocado + mayonnaise + mustard + lemon juice + salt + pepper. Mix well.
âĒ Taste the flavors, cook as you like
4. Serving:
âĒ Place the mixture on a salad vegetable dish or spread whole wheat bread.
